Terms of Service - Photomagic

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Photomagic, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Photomagic for personal and commercial event photo sharing purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Photomagic a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or laws
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the rights of others
To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, or discriminate
To submit false or misleading information

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Photomagic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party.
